MISSION
Mission Statement:
The Henry H. Washington 3 Foundation (HW3 Foundation) and the Divine Leadership Mentoring Program are committed to fostering healthier, safer, and more empowered communities in the Atlanta metropolitan area. By focusing on men's health, K-12 education, young adult career development, and our Veterans Helping Veterans Program—providing critical support and pathways to stability for homeless veterans—we strive to create opportunities for growth, resilience, and transformation. Guided by our seven core values—leadership, loyalty, respect, honor, integrity, personal courage, and selfless service—we deliver mentorship, innovative programs, and a collaborative "village" approach to uplift mental and physical well-being, inspire empowerment, and leave a lasting, positive impact on every life we touch.
Vision Statement:
To inspire a future where individuals and communities thrive through innovation, mentorship, and collaboration. The HW3 Foundation envisions a world where advancements in health, education, and career development—alongside transformative initiatives like the Veterans Helping Veterans Program—empower people to overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential. We aim to cultivate a generation of leaders who embody integrity, resilience, and a commitment to service. By promoting wellness, education, and a sense of belonging, we are building a legacy of empowerment, opportunity, and lasting change for Atlanta and beyond.
